Refund & Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The order number or receipt must be provided

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

5. Exchange Processing Time

Once your exchange request is approved, processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on product availability.

If the product is temporarily out of stock, you may choose to:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked, or

  • Receive an alternative solution offered by our support team.

6. Sale Items

Products purchased during special promotions or sale events may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
